Return must be in original packaging to receive an exchange or Refund.
Our returns policy complies with EU regulations (2000). To cancel an order, written notice by email must be sent requesting a return. We will offer a refund as long as good(s) are sent back in their original condition, unused and unopened in their original packaging (if packaging is included)
Returns for all faulty items will be tested and decision will be made with in a week of receiving the product.
All returns will be accepted within 30 days from placing your order. Items must be sent back in their original packaging and in the condition they were sent out
In accordance with EU law, the cost of both original and return postage and packaging shall be borne by the customer and deducted from any refund
All returns are to be sent to the trading address of AKMobilestore
If the goods are damaged or faulty, we will pay for the return postage. Refunds will be paid once good(s) are returned
Any additional postage charges for returns that are not faulty will need to be paid by the buyer.
Returns are subject to quality check, please include all original packaging with all returns
